Our Events

Studying can sometimes be very lonely, especially for those preparing for IELTS tests in their home country where most peers are not interested in learning English, and for those international students with no friends and families in a completely new country where they may feel helpless in both study and life. It is crucial for these students to establish social connections because isolation and loneliness can harm their health and productivity. Furthermore, staying connected with others can help you network, hold yourself accountable, and seek support from people who genuinely understand what you are going through.

We are committed to building a vibrant and supportive study community where undergraduates, postgraduates, and future students can meet like-minded individuals, develop transferable skills, stay on track, and receive academic and career support. As part of this commitment, we host a variety of regular and one-off academic, social, accountability, and well-being events in Birmingham, England, Macao, Hong Kong, and online throughout the year. They are primarily FREE.
